Further to Crew Management Iona is fully in a position to render/ supply Management Services to Foreign Entities who wish to register their company or subsidiary thereof, or open a new company in the Republic of Cyprus.
 Full management can be offered to companies that wish to operate from the registered offices of Iona Shipmanagement Ltd which are adequately manned to supply full administration, operation and accounting management.
Issues to be negotiated for above :
- On a monthly basis fixed fee which will cover all services
- On a cost plus basis which will consist of:
- Monthly rent
- Monthly distribution/allocation of communication costs
- Monthly fee for administration/accounting services
- Rest of expenses by allocation of documented costs.
